Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a broker portal, owning both technical architecture and team delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a development team through the full software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Design technical architecture with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
• Perform hands-on development for back-end APIs and front-end user interfaces.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members.
• Maintain technical documentation covering architectural designs, development plans, and configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Extensive experience with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core.
• Proficiency in C# programming.
• Strong front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience designing databases and writing SQL.
• Proven ability to develop and manage APIs.
• Experience with testing, quality assurance, and continuous integration.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate technical progress to executives.
