Description

You will lead technical design and development for complex mainframe business application systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex software components within the business application system.
• Create, execute, and review test plans, defining necessary test data.
• Lead requirements elicitation, design reviews, and task assignments for the team.
• Maintain software documentation and use reporting tools to query and report system data.
• Mentor team members on technical implementation and provide pseudo code.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology and Mainframe technologies.
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience with COBOL, ASM, CICS, and DB2.
• Proficiency in Assembler (ASM) language.
• Strong experience with DB2, including Stored Procedures, Native SP, and SQL.
• 8-10 years of experience working within the software development life cycle.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Strong analytical and design skills.
• Ability to work in a global delivery environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading requirements elicitation and design reviews.
