Description

You will build and enhance applications within a mainframe environment, owning the full product lifecycle from requirements through design, development, testing, and support.

Responsibilities

• Develop new applications and implement enhancements to existing systems using Z-OS Assembler.
• Design solutions that adhere to established architecture, requirements, and data standards.
• Conduct technical peer reviews throughout the development lifecycle to ensure code quality.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical expertise to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development.
• Proficiency with Z-OS Assembler and Job Control Language (JCL).
• Strong knowledge of IBM Db2.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to perform technical peer reviews.
• Knowledge of CSS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Banking domain.
• Knowledge of PL/I, COBOL, Topaz, ESP, or Agile methodologies.
