Description

You will manage assembly process documentation, component flow, and technical support for engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Create Visual Work Instructions (VWIs) using 3D CAD.
• Document standard work using ProPlanner and PINPoint.
• Sequence parts to correct operation sequences and set up routings for new models.
• Set up Component Verification scanning and troubleshoot production issues.
• Manage component flow by effectivity dates and generate pick lists for pilot builds.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a process technology or manufacturing role.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD for creating work instructions.
• Experience using ProPlanner for documentation.
• Experience using PINPoint for documentation.
• Ability to enter labor standards in line with manufacturing engineering.
• Experience setting up Broadcast systems for operator instructions.
• Ability to work with Quality groups to document check backs.
