Description

You will manage asset lifecycles and maintain inventory accuracy. You own the integrity of the Fixed Asset Register and track physical movements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register to ensure data integrity.
• Manage inventory processes and track physical asset movements.
• Apply ITIL processes to support asset management workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues related to asset tracking and inventory discrepancies.
• Shoot video content for documentation or reporting.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in asset management or inventory control.
• Hands-on experience with Fixed Asset Registers.
• Knowledge of Fixed Assets management principles.
• Practical understanding of ITIL processes.
• Proficiency in Inventory Management.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting tasks.
• Competency in shooting video.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital asset documentation tools.
