Description

Manage the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets to ensure organizational efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate detailed inventories of software and hardware assets to support strategic technology purchase decisions.
• Manage equipment procurement, ongoing inventory maintenance, and end-of-life reclamation processes.
• Analyze enterprise-wide tool usage to ensure cohesive utilization and eliminate resource waste.
• Optimize asset redistribution strategies to increase overall resource efficiency.
• Provide technical support to internal customers by resolving ticket requests and incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in user support for server, hardware, and software challenges.
• Proficiency in SAM (Software Asset Management) principles and practices.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for asset and ticket management.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks for service management.
• Experience managing and maintaining CMDB (Configuration Management Database) data integrity.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale enterprise asset management tools beyond ServiceNow.
• Background in financial analysis related to IT spend and asset depreciation.
