Description

Lead technical asset management processes and documentation lifecycles for high-impact initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain asset management documentation, including roadmaps, process documents, work instructions, and standard work.
• Execute day-to-day asset management tasks to ensure all measurement targets are met.
• Publish process metrics to identify issues, impediments, and areas for improvement.
• Identify, plan, and execute service and process improvements.
• Oversee the execution of standard work required for process success.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Asset Management.
• Deep expertise in Software Asset Management.
• Proficiency with SCOM tools.
• Experience with IT IS_EUCS_TOOLS_SCOM.
• Proven ability to manage and publish process metrics.
• Experience managing technical roadmaps and standard work documentation.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• ANY GRADUATE education.
• 3+ years of job tenure in similar roles.
