Description

Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware, accessories, and software licenses across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete asset lifecycle including acquisition, deployment, utilization, tracking, security, and final disposition.
• Maintain accurate allocation records for IT equipment and accessories assigned to employees.
• Monitor and record software licenses and hardware assets to ensure organizational compliance.
• Develop and implement procedures for tracking company assets and overseeing quality control.
• Generate MIS reports and dashboards to analyze consumption, optimize deployment costs, and prevent issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT asset management.
• Proven experience executing strategic asset management processes.
• Hands-on knowledge of IT equipment, spares, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Competency in acquisition, deployment, utilization, tracking, and security of IT assets.
• Ability to perform consumption analysis and prepare detailed requirement reports.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available to join immediately.
