Description

You will own the complete IT asset lifecycle, including acquisition, deployment, utilization, tracking, security, and final disposition across the organization.

Manage accurate allocation records for IT equipment, accessories, and software licenses assigned to employees.

Develop and implement procedures for tracking company assets and overseeing quality control to ensure organizational compliance.

Generate MIS reports and dashboards to analyze consumption, optimize deployment costs, and prevent issues.

Responsibilities

• Own the full asset lifecycle from acquisition through to final disposition.
• Maintain accurate records for IT equipment, spares, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Monitor and record software licenses and hardware assets for compliance.
• Perform consumption analysis and prepare detailed requirement reports.
• Develop tracking procedures and oversee quality control processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT asset management.
• Proven experience executing strategic asset management processes.
• Hands-on knowledge of IT equipment, spares, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Competency in acquisition, deployment, utilization, tracking, and security of IT assets.
• Ability to perform consumption analysis and prepare detailed requirement reports.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MIS reporting and dashboard generation.
