Description

You will manage the lifecycle and deployment of hardware assets within the office in Delray Beach, FL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines for the weekly intake of 50-60 new devices.
• Image devices and maintain accurate records within ticketing systems.
• Handle device logistics, including shipping, intake, and distribution.
• Wipe, decommission, or prepare old hardware for redeployment.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure hardware deployment stays on schedule.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in asset and inventory management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Proven experience with hardware deployment and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency using project management tools to track timelines.
• Ability to manage high-volume device workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using ZenDesk for ticket management.
