Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory databases with high attention to detail.
• Manage requests and workflows through the ticketing system.
• Communicate status updates clearly through written and verbal channels.
• Support asset lifecycle management through organized documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience using ticketing systems.
• 3+ years of experience managing inventory databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with asset lifecycle management documentation.
