Description

You will coordinate technical workflows and process documentation for upstream and downstream oil and gas operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support activity scoping and provide engineering support for new workflows.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to analyze and document work processes.
• Deconstruct complex processes into detailed, multi-step sequences.
• Create swim-lane workflows to visualize complete end-to-end processes.
• Facilitate technical query resolution between local teams and engineering teams in India.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or engineering support roles.
• Deep understanding of upstream and downstream oil and gas production operations.
• Proficiency in creating swim-lane process workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with technical engineering teams.
• Ability to break down high-level processes into granular steps.
