Description

You will support the finance function through accurate reporting and ledger maintenance in a part-time, hybrid capacity.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports as required.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset System to ensure data integrity.
• Process monthly general journals, including payroll, bank reconciliations, and intercompany entries.
• Coordinate monthly reconciliation files and conduct reviews.
• Assist with the preparation of documentation for quarterly and yearly audits.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping workflows.
• Strong communication skills.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Graduate degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ad-hoc reporting requests.
