Description

You will support the administration of EPC projects, construction management, and program management ventures through field-based and administrative activities.

Responsibilities

• Execute project administration tasks including safety, quality, schedule, cost control, and contract management.
• Develop and implement project documentation such as the Project Execution Plan, Quality Assurance Plan, and Procurement Plan.
• Manage contract administration duties including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and claims mitigation.
• Support project controls through cost reporting, scheduling, work breakdown structure establishment, and field progress tracking.
• Facilitate project turnover, warranty administration, and formal closeout procedures.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; applicable experience may be substituted for the degree.
• 5+ years of experience in construction management or EPC project administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access).
• Experience with Project Execution Plan, Quality Assurance Plan, Project Staffing Plan, and Organization Charts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of work and multi-task.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without future visa sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Previous internship or related construction experience.
• Knowledge of standard building and construction processes.
• OSHA 10-hour certification.
