Description

You will support the development of brand-aligned, commercially viable designs that meet business strategy and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal product lines focusing on style, fit, and fabric.
• Deliver design sketches, prototypes, and detailed specifications.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and Product Development teams to execute designs.
• Lead and attend weekly fittings to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of design experience in a retail environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of lingerie construction and the female body silhouette.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel domestically as needed.
• Availability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week.

Preferred Skills

• Strong hand sketching skills.
