Provide on-site technical support, hardware maintenance, and customer training.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance on hardware and equipment.
• Resolve customer technical issues and answer questions regarding system operation.
• Test final products and collaborate with client engineers to ensure performance meets specifications.
• Instruct customers on the proper operation and maintenance of systems and equipment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of field support experience.
• Experience with hardware, software, and equipment product servicing.
• Proficiency with operating systems.
• Understanding of system design concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve non-complex hardware and equipment problems.
• Experience working with customer technology and support requirements.
• High school diploma or G.E.D.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with programming languages.
• Knowledge of discrete modeling and process flow.
