Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of portfolio programs and projects to ensure alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute portfolio programs and projects to meet performance metrics and deliver business value.
• Provide technical insight to troubleshoot delivery issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple parallel projects and large-scale programs in an outsourced or offshore environment.
• Manage vendors and monitor SLA compliance to ensure service delivery.
• Coordinate solutions across multiple systems and proactively escalate technical or delivery problems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience including project management.
• Experience managing large-scale programs and multiple simultaneous projects.
• Proficiency with SDLC, Iterative, Agile, and Scrum development methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of Cloud computing, SaaS, and PaaS.
• Understanding of DevOps, continuous deployment, and integration processes.
• Knowledge of application development platforms and languages.
• Experience using project and portfolio management tools such as MS Project, CBA, PPM, or PMP.
• Strong analytical thinking and consultative problem-solving abilities.
• Effective vendor management and customer relationship management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or an MBA.
