Description

You will manage facility operations and electrical and mechanical installations for high-rise buildings.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and planned maintenance programs to minimize repair costs and operational risks.
• Oversee annual maintenance contracts (AMC), including service provider coordination and timely renewals.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including labor legislation, CEIG, lift, fire, and building insurance licenses.
• Monitor facility systems including BMS, CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and energy metering panels.
• Generate monthly management reports, cost sheets, and weekly progress updates for clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in facility management or E&M operations.
• Proven experience managing high-rise building electrical and mechanical installations.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs and operational manual maintenance.
• Experience with statutory compliance and license renewals (CEIG, Labour, Fire, etc.).
• Ability to manage AMC service providers and external vendors.
• Proficiency in incident reporting and root cause analysis.
• Experience in energy metering, ATS panels, and inverter system monitoring.
• Ability to manage help desk trackers and client feedback loops.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with biometric attendance systems and car parking management.
