Description

You will manage daily HRIS operations, system maintenance, and data integrity to support HR users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HRIS systems, manage user accounts, and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to manage system integrations and data flows.
• Drive HRIS implementation and upgrade projects to ensure successful deployment and user adoption.
• Generate reports and conduct data analysis to monitor HR metrics and system performance.
• Document HRIS policies, procedures, and configurations while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Provide technical training and functional support to HR users.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in HRIS management or support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Kronos.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and interpreting HR metrics.
• Solid understanding of core HR processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
