You will lead a division focused on client service excellence, candidate engagement, and team profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of engagement Consultants regarding candidate care management.
• Oversee the retention and welfare of temporary employees, including headcount management, queries, and assignments.
• Maintain accurate data recording and reporting within DEX.
• Ensure all temporary employee documentation, including contracts, timesheets, and salary details, is updated and accurate.
• Execute service delivery according to established SOPs.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the sales or recruitment industry.
• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong service delivery skills based on Service Delivery SOP.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• High level of diplomacy and tact.
• Experience managing candidate and client engagement.
