Description

Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure and server operations. Own the performance, security, and compliance of core systems including Active Directory, LAN/WAN, and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server and Linux environments, ensuring performance monitoring and database maintenance.
• Manage Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking, firewalls, and backup solutions.
• Oversee Office 365, Exchange mail, and associated implementation tools.
• Coordinate with agencies for SAP and Tally functionality and support technical audits and ISO compliance.
• Handle procurement, license compliance for software stacks, and hardware troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux Server administration.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and LAN/WAN networking.
• Strong knowledge of Firewall, security, and backup solutions.
• Direct experience with Office 365 administration.
• Technical familiarity with SAP and Tally environments.
• Competency in SQL and license compliance management.
• Ability to provide on-call technical support and hardware troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with technical audits and IT policy reviews.
