Description
You will lead B2C growth and digital strategy through integrated media planning and brand management.
Responsibilities
- Execute media strategy and planning for ATL campaigns across TV, Print, OOH, and Cinema.
- Manage digital brand visibility, social media, content development, and budgeting.
- Drive campaign execution via SEM, Google (Display, Search, Discovery), Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, programmatic advertising, affiliate, and email marketing.
- Oversee the B2C business model, managing franchisees, retail, and contractors across India.
- Direct PR, brand positioning, and brand roadmaps while measuring Brand and TOM scores.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of marketing experience with a focus on B2C and Digital Marketing.
- Experience in ATL campaigns, PR, and brand management.
- Proficiency in media planning, buying, and selection.
- Hands-on experience with SEM and Google Ads ecosystem.
- Knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to manage sales promotions, BTL activities, and activations.
- Experience managing direct-to-consumer business models.
- Graduate degree plus an MBA.
