You will manage the WishwaTalks weekly webinar property and lead marketing campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute marketing campaigns aligned with strategic goals.
• Optimize digital campaigns using measurement and analytics tools.
• Develop marketing strategies, set team goals, and monitor performance.
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual departmental budgets.
• Build the marketing team and coordinate with internal departments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management.
• Proficiency in SEO analytics.
• Experience with web design and graphic design.
• Ability to use website, content, enterprise, and customer analytical tools.
• Experience with usability, A/B testing, and social media analytical tools.
• Capability to determine and implement metrics for measuring campaign effectiveness.
• Any graduate degree.
