You will manage plant financial operations and controlling deliverables in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the plant team to maintain overall control of plant operations.
• Review and prepare variable costs and overheads, performing variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and previous month actuals.
• Facilitate the preparation of annual budgets for costs, KPIs, and overheads.
• Manage month-end deliverables, including inventory management and accounting hygiene reviews.
• Control plant working capital through management of inventory, creditors, and advances.

Required Skills

• 5-6 years of relevant experience, primarily in a Plant Finance role.
• CA, CMA, Inter CA, or Inter CMA qualification.
• Deep understanding of financial and manufacturing accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP and Indian Accounting Standards.
• Working knowledge of indirect tax laws, specifically GST.
• Experience with cost audit and inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
• Ability to manage plant operations, variable costs, and accounting hygiene.

Preferred Skills

• Execute CAPEX proposals, post-review analysis, and monitor cost-saving initiatives.
• Support statutory and cost audit activities while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
