Key Skills: Observability, Azure Devops

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the platform observability roadmap, standards, and governance model.
• Lead the design of scalable telemetry pipelines for logs, metrics, traces, and events.
• Establish service onboarding patterns for instrumentation, dashboards, alerting, and reliability indicators.
• Partner with engineering and SRE teams to improve service health, incident triage, and operational readiness.
• Embed observability controls and validations into CI/CD workflows and configuration-as-code practices.

Skills Required:

• 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in cloud engineering, platform observability, or reliability engineering
• Strong hands-on experience in observability across distributed systems and enterprise platforms.
• Architecture experience with telemetry pipelines, instrumentation standards, and reliability frameworks.
• Ability to support large-scale services with consistent metrics, traces, logs, and alerting models.
• Experience working with CI/CD workflows and platform engineering practices in a cloud environment.

Good to Have:

• Azure DevOps experience for pipeline automation and release governance.
