Description

You will lead training initiatives, manage a training team, and drive capability upliftment for trainers.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate new hire training sessions for pre-process and process training batches.
  • Develop training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) for BAU refreshers to identify and address skill gaps.
  • Execute Train-the-Trainer programs to enhance the effectiveness of new and existing trainers.
  • Monitor performance through regular coaching, feedback sessions, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new employees into the organization.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a training team, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Direct experience handling Property and Casualty Insurance accounts.
  • Proven background in both process and communication skills training.
  • Proficiency in Training Facilitation and Training Materials Development.
  • Experience in Performance Monitoring and Training Needs Assessment (TNA).
  • Ability to evaluate program effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
  • Any Graduate degree.
