Description

You will lead engineering projects at the India Technical Center in Pune, focusing on the Kitchen & Bath domain. You own the full project lifecycle from scope definition to execution, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute NPD, CPD, and VAVE projects for Kitchen, Bath, and Faucets categories.
• Collaborate with global business teams across US, APAC, and EMEA to align on requirements and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder interactions, resource planning, and customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct daily and weekly reviews, track progress, and generate operational metrics reports.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards by maintaining flawless project documentation and supporting the ISO team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience, including 4+ years in core PM roles.
• Strong proficiency in reading engineering drawings and understanding GD&T.
• Proven track record of managing stakeholders in global regions (US, APAC, EMEA).
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation skills.
• Expertise in project documentation, attention to detail, and disciplined project management methodologies.
• Ability to drive productivity and efficiency improvements through structured processes.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of experience with 6+ years in project management roles.
• Proficiency in MS Project and related project management tools.
• Background in Engineering or Manufacturing, with exposure to design and manufacturing processes.
