Lead engineering and NPD projects at the India Technical Center in Pune, managing scope, resources, and execution for Kitchen & Bath domains.

Responsibilities

• Execute Engineering Projects (Kitchen & Bath, Faucets) and VAVE initiatives from scope definition to delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with global business teams in the US, APAC, and EMEA.
• Drive project execution with internal teams, suppliers, and customers, ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct daily and weekly meetings, generate operational metrics, and publish project reports.
• Support ISO compliance by maintaining flawless project documentation and improving productivity methods.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total experience, with 4+ years in core Project Management roles.
• Expertise in stakeholder management with global counterparts (US, APAC, EMEA).
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.
• Strong project management skills with disciplined execution and resource planning.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in documentation with high attention to detail.
• Engineering or Manufacturing background preferred.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
• 10+ years of experience (6+ years in PM roles).
• Experience with MS Project and data management/analytics tools.
