Description

Lead new product development and value engineering projects at the India Technical Center in Pune, coordinating with global teams across US, APAC, and EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Execute engineering projects for Kitchen & Bath, Faucets, and other domains, including VAVE initiatives.
• Manage full project lifecycles: scope definition, resource planning, and timeline adherence with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Drive daily and weekly project reviews, generating operational metrics and performance reports.
• Collaborate with global business counterparts to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Support ISO compliance by maintaining flawless project documentation and process records.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in core PM roles.
• Expertise in stakeholder management with global teams (US, APAC, EMEA).
• Ability to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles.
• Strong proficiency in project documentation, attention to detail, and operational metrics generation.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation capabilities.
• Experience in manufacturing processes or engineering design is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management tools.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
• 10+ years of total experience with 6+ years in project management roles.
• Background in data management and analytics.
