Description

You will lead engineering and NPD projects at the India Technical Center in Pune, focusing on the Kitchen & Bath domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution for Kitchen & Bath, Faucets, and VAVE initiatives.
• Collaborate with global business teams across US, APAC, and EMEA regions.
• Manage customer interactions, scope definitions, and resource planning.
• Drive disciplined project management, including daily/weekly meetings and follow-ups.
• Generate operational metrics and ensure flawless documentation for ISO compliance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total experience, including 4+ years in core Project Management roles.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with global counterparts.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency in documentation and high attention to detail.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of experience with 6+ years in PM roles.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience with MS Project and data analytics tools.
