Description

You will lead engineering and new product development projects at the India Technical Center in Pune. You manage the full lifecycle from scope definition to execution, collaborating with global teams in the US, APAC, and EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Execute Engineering Projects for Kitchen & Bath, Faucets, and VAVE initiatives.
• Manage project/resource planning and ensure timely delivery with internal teams and suppliers.
• Drive daily/weekly meetings and follow-ups to maintain project momentum.
• Document project reports, operational metrics, and support ISO compliance.
• Implement methods to improve productivity and efficiency across project workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall experience, including 4+ years in core Project Management roles.
• Strong stakeholder management with global counterparts in US, APAC, and EMEA.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.
• Expertise in NPD and CPD project execution.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency in documentation and attention to detail.
• Experience managing projects with suppliers and customers.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of experience with 6+ years in PM roles.
• Proficiency in MS Project and related project management tools.
• Engineering or Manufacturing background with design and process exposure.
