Description

You will lead engineering and new product development projects at the India Technical Center in Pune.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute engineering projects for Kitchen & Bath, Faucets, and VAVE initiatives.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from scope definition to execution with global teams.
• Drive daily and weekly meetings to maintain project momentum and ensure timely delivery.
• Document project reports, operational metrics, and support ISO compliance.
• Implement methods to improve productivity and efficiency across project workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall experience, including 4+ years in core Project Management roles.
• Strong stakeholder management with counterparts in the US, APAC, and EMEA.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.
• Expertise in NPD and CPD project execution.
• Experience managing projects with suppliers and customers.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency in documentation with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of experience with 6+ years in PM roles.
• Proficiency in MS Project and related project management tools.
• Engineering or Manufacturing background with design and process exposure.
