Description
You will drive project sales and specification business across your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales forecasting, project pipeline development, and achievement of specification budgets.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities into revenue-generating accounts.
- Drive product specifications through Developers, Architects, Clients, PMCs, and Turnkey contractors.
- Execute business development activities for new products, segments, and applications within key accounts.
- Monitor competitor activity and market mapping to analyze pricing and increase market share.
Required Skills
- 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 4 years in sales and marketing within the Building Material industry or related segments.
- Proven experience managing key accounts including Architects and Builders.
- Experience handling projects in the industrial, healthcare, or hospitality sectors.
- Project sales and specification management expertise.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Networking capabilities to engage with industry stakeholders.
- BE in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
Preferred Skills
- MBA degree.
- Technical knowledge of acoustics, fire safety, engineering drawings, and sustainability.
