Description

You will lead New Product Development (NPD) and Cost Product Development (CPD) projects within the Kitchen & Bath domain at the India Technical Center.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects and VAVE initiatives.
• Manage customer interactions, scope definitions, and resource planning.
• Coordinate project execution with internal teams, suppliers, and global business stakeholders.
• Document project reports, operational metrics, and ISO-compliant documentation.
• Facilitate daily and weekly meetings to drive productivity and project timelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in core Project Management roles.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management with global counterparts in US, APAC, and EMEA regions.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and presentation.
• Disciplined approach to project execution and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of total experience with 6+ years in PM roles.
• Experience with MS Project, data analytics, or engineering design exposure.
• PMP Certification.
