Description

You will manage fixed assets and financial reporting processes to ensure compliance with group policies and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage Fixed Assets (PPE) including additions, deletions, write-offs, transfers, physical verification, and reconciliation.
• Execute month-end closing processes, ensuring accurate accounting, accruals, and timely reporting.
• Prepare monthly, half-yearly, and yearly financial statements in accordance with Group Norms, IFRS, Ind.AS, and the Companies Act, 2013.
• Review monthly MIS and balance sheet schedules for GR-IR, payables, advances, and deposits.
• Liaise with Group, Statutory, Tax, and Cost Auditors to facilitate financial statement audits.
• Implement and maintain internal controls in financial reporting to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in accounting and financial principles.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP.
• Strong knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Balance Sheet (BS) management, and Accruals.
• Experience with Closing Statistics and financial statement preparation.
• Qualified CA, CMA, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or MBA (Finance).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze expenses following monthly closing cycles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Treasury.
