Description

You will lead, optimize, and coach Agile Release Trains (ART) to drive value delivery and program success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize Agile Release Trains, assisting the Solution Train Engineer during release cycles and delivery activities.
• Facilitate PI planning, including Pre- and Post PI Planning meetings, to drive vision, roadmaps, and backlog alignment.
• Manage risks, resolve impediments, and identify dependencies to ensure seamless integration across applications.
• Coordinate end-to-end SIT strategy and scenarios, support market UAT, and ensure deployment readiness.
• Monitor program KPIs and collaborate with product teams and rollout managers to maintain delivery momentum.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology roles such as Release Train Engineer, Release Manager, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Integration Manager.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and practical application within a workplace culture.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies including SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum.
• Proficiency with ALM tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to lead teams through analysis and resolution of complex program issues.
• Experience driving all release phases from concept and planning through to execution and completion.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for interacting with business users, management, and IT teams.
• Ability to work independently in international and intercultural contexts with minimal guidance.

Preferred Skills

• Scaled Agile certifications such as SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or SAFe Release Train Engineer.
• Experience in organizational change management.
• Multi-linguistic abilities.
