You will lead sales operations for a professional services group providing business, tax, and accounting guidance to international clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales function, aligning daily activities with organizational goals and deliverables.
• Plan and organize sales strategies that adapt to evolving business needs and client expectations.
• Develop operational frameworks that bridge the gap between sales targets and service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flexibility and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within professional services or B2B consulting.
• Proven ability to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable sales plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, adaptable attitude towards working with different personalities.
• Experience in organizing and planning complex sales processes and operational delivery.
• Any Graduate degree; CA Inter or MBA candidates are welcome.
• Based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
