Description

You manage front-desk operations, handling customer interactions from garment fitting to final quality check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and fit/pin garments for alterations.
• Delegate tasks to appropriate tailors and track garments through completion.
• Enter customer and garment information into QuickBooks (QB).
• Perform hemming, mending, altering, and repairing customer clothing as time allows.
• Manage discerning customers while ensuring a high-quality finish on all work.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with alterations (both women's and men's).
• 3+ years of work experience in Customer Service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and precision in tailoring.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of textile materials and garment construction.
• Ability to commute to the job location in San Marino, California, USA.
