Description

You manage front-desk operations, oversee tailoring workflows, and handle direct customer service for garment alterations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to tailors and track garments from initial fitting to final quality check.
• Greet customers, pin garments for alterations, and manage client expectations.
• Enter customer and garment data into QuickBooks.
• Perform hemming, mending, altering, and repairing on customer clothing as needed.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with alterations for both women's and men's garments.
• 3+ years of work experience in customer service.
• Strong knowledge of textile materials and garment construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and precision in tailoring.
• Ability to commute to San Marino, California, USA.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of QuickBooks (QB).
