Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine while managing a team of developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of new features for existing application portfolios.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including workflow creation and process automation via ServiceNow Orchestration.
• Perform integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using web services, SOAP, email, and MID Server.
• Design, code, and unit test software deliverables while adhering to SDLC processes and coding standards.
• Collaborate with business users to clarify requirements and participate in on-call rotations for incident troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in IT or ServiceNow implementation.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine and scoped application development.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly Scripting, HTML, CSS, XML, and AJAX.
• Experience with JSON, AngularJS, and relational databases.
• Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and SDLC.
• Proven experience in team management and leading developers.
• Experience working within Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of troubleshooting principles and complex problem-solving.
