Description

You will manage global tax and regulatory compliance for group entities across APAC, US, Europe, and MENA regions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare data and reconciliations for monthly and quarterly indirect tax and withholding tax compliance.
• Draft tax computations, manage tax provisioning, and handle advance tax compliance.
• Secure US tax compliance, specifically US Sales and Use Tax, 1099, and 1042S.
• Prepare India GST refund applications and necessary documentation for filing.
• Manage monthly inter-location and inter-company invoices in compliance with transfer pricing policy.
• Adhere to tax compliance SOPs, compliance calendars, and monthly reporting schedules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Direct and Indirect Tax functions.
• Proficiency in Income Tax, GST, TDS, and MCA compliance in India.
• Strong research and analysis skills regarding tax and regulatory laws.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Oracle-based environments.
• Knowledge of TDS and Transfer Pricing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with International Tax concepts including PE, Secondment, and DTAA application.
• Familiarity with tax compliance tools such as Clear Tax, Avalara, or Webtel.
