Description
You will provide technical field support and project execution oversight for customer building material projects.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end site support and field visits to ensure successful project implementation.
- Develop and manage a pool of capable midsize and potential contractors to drive business growth.
- Deliver technical services including samples, mockups, group presentations, and solution-based query resolution.
- Support Sales, Key Accounts, and CRM teams by resolving technical complaints and queries.
- Conduct onsite and offsite training modules to increase the skilled installer workforce.
- Track market trends and implement new processes or technologies to increase market share.
Required Skills
- 5 to 7 years of experience in technical services within Building Materials, Elevator, Windows, Facade, Drywalls, Waterproofing, Steel Buildings, PEB, or Furniture industries.
- BE/BTech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of acoustics, fire safety, and engineering drawings.
- Project management expertise.
- Technical support for Key Accounts and CRM workflows.
- Excellent persuasion and networking skills.
- Strong communication skills.
