Description

You will manage the US Mortgage Post Closing team to ensure all deliverables meet agreed SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Manage team operations to ensure delivery according to established SLAs.
• Supervise team members and conduct weekly or monthly business reviews for the process.
• Evaluate individual performance and identify specific training requirements.
• Oversee US residential mortgage workflows, specifically in post-closing, loan setup, and closing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in US residential mortgage post-closing, loan setup, or closing.
• Proven experience in team supervision and management.
• Ability to manage and meet SLA requirements.
• Knowledge of shrinkage management.
