You will drive process innovation and engineering design support across all existing manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities

• Lead process innovation initiatives across all company plants.
• Provide process engineering and design support for continuous improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot plant processes to resolve operational issues.
• Execute multiple projects focused on process enhancement and training development.
• Perform business analysis to support design and development cycles.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in process engineering, process optimisation, or plant troubleshooting.
• BE in Chemical Engineering.
• Expertise in Process Design Calculations.
• Proficiency in Heat and Mass Calculations.
• Experience in Process & Energy Efficiency Improvement.
• Proven track record in Yield Improvement.
• Sound understanding of Six Sigma Methodology.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
