Description

You will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the quality management system (QMS). You will own key processes and coordinate cross-departmental quality goals.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the QMS.
• Support the preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits.
• Maintain and document processes and participate in process modeling.
• Coordinate with different departments to achieve quality goals.
• Support the implementation of quality management training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in quality management.
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
• Completed technical education or any graduate degree.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with process modeling.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Very good written and spoken German.
• Very good written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

• Professional experience within the IT industry.
