Description

You will lead a team of 13-15 engineers in web application support and development, managing project delivery and quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 13-15 engineers to ensure project deliverables and performance outcomes are met.
• Oversee web application development and support projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and coordination across teams to improve execution.
• Interact with clients to gather requirements and provide regular progress updates.
• Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive team efficiency and project delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in .NET development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, including cloud services, deployment, and monitoring.
• Proven experience leading and managing teams of 13-15 engineers.
• Deep understanding of web application support and development lifecycles.
• Practical experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and client interaction skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SonarQube for code quality and analysis.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
