Description

You will lead the development of Python micro-services and data pipelines focused on market abuse detection algorithms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python micro-services and algorithms for market abuse identification.
• Expand ETL processes to incorporate new data sources.
• Collaborate with quantitative analysts and data scientists to implement algorithm requirements and data onboarding.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritize engineering tasks.
• Work with developers, quants, and production support teams in a multidisciplinary environment.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong experience with PySpark.
• Solid understanding of ETL workflows and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Django.
