Description

You will support downstream process scale-up and execution for late-stage biologics within the Pilot Plant Group.

You will own the release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Operate chromatographic and filtration skids, prepare buffers, and manage sample submission.
• Execute daily lab operations including monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Follow SOPs to complete technical forms, batch records, and campaign summary reports.
• Collaborate with upstream and analytical teams to support process investigations, scale-up, and tech transfer.
• Track scale-up data performance against development scale to assist in the creation of scale-down models.

Required Skills

• B.S. in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related biologics field.
• 0-2 years of industry experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Ayer, MA.
