Description

You will monitor, manage, and support network infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and high availability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and identify potential issues before they impact service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, handling escalations according to ITIL processes.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, configuration records, and operational reports.
• Support network configuration, maintenance, and upgrades in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure system uptime and reliability through proactive monitoring and rapid response.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in network operations or support.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, and Switching protocols.
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools for real-time visibility.
• Experience in incident management and structured troubleshooting workflows.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks for service management.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA certification or equivalent networking credential.
• Basic knowledge of cloud networking (AWS/Azure).
