You will manage agent recruitment and development to achieve defined business goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a team of agents through various recruitment sources.
• Conduct field demonstrations and training to ensure agent product knowledge.
• Plan and review agent activities to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets.
• Maintain the required product mix sales ratio according to business norms.
• Organize customer meets to identify market needs and resolve queries.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, sales management, or recruitment.
• Proven track record in sales and sales management.
• Background in the BFSI sector.
• Experience in supervision and the development of people.
• Experience working within process-driven, quality sales organizations.
• Local market exposure in Baroda, Madhya Pradesh.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree preferred.
